1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy covers all platforms and services operated by High Impact Group Pty Ltd (ABN 40 682 923 128), a company registered in Queensland, Australia. The platforms listed above, along with this website and High Impact Academy, are collectively referred to as “our platforms” throughout this policy.

2. What We Collect

Data collection varies by platform and whether you use a free or paid tier.

Free-tier platforms (no account required)

AustraliaMetrics, agriIQ (free tier), gridIQ (free tier) and Locari do not require registration and do not collect personal information. You can use these platforms without providing any personal details.

Paid subscription tiers

agriIQ and gridIQ offer paid subscription tiers (Team and Professional). These require an account and collect:

  • Email address (for authentication and communications)
  • Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • Usage data tied to your account for service delivery

advantAIge and Sellara

These platforms require accounts and may collect:

  • Name, email and organisational role (for authentication and personalisation)
  • Assessment responses (advantAIge) and deal/CRM data (Sellara) as core to the service
  • Voice recordings processed via Telegram integration (Sellara) — see Section 7

High Impact Academy

Requires registration. Collects name, email, and course progress data for service delivery.

Contact form (highimpactgroup.com.au)

Collects name, email, company name (optional), enquiry type and message. Used only to respond to your enquiry. Not shared with third parties.

3. AI Assistants

Several of our platforms include AI assistants:

  • Bob — AustraliaMetrics data concierge
  • Dale — agriIQ agricultural analyst
  • Watt — gridIQ energy market analyst
  • Scout — Locari suburb analyst
  • AI Coaches — advantAIge leadership coaches (Alex, Danni, Marcus, Miles)
  • AI Sales Coach — Sellara deal coaching and meeting prep

Conversations are not stored. When you close your session, your conversation is gone. We do not log, analyse, review, share or retain the content of AI conversations.

To prevent abuse, we apply temporary rate limits based on IP address. This count is held in memory only, resets automatically, and is not linked to conversation content or any personal identifier.

AI conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic's own privacy practices apply. See anthropic.com/privacy for details.

4. Payment Processing

Paid subscription tiers are processed through Stripe. We do not store, process or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

We retain only the information needed for billing administration: subscription status, plan type and billing email. See stripe.com/au/privacy for Stripe's privacy policy.

5. Analytics

Our platforms use anonymised analytics to understand usage in aggregate — for example, which pages are most visited and how users navigate the site.

Analytics data is:

  • Aggregated and anonymised — not linked to individuals
  • Used only to improve the platform experience
  • Not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes

6. Cookies

Our platforms do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Functional cookies may be used for authentication sessions (paid tiers) and user preferences such as display settings. These contain no personal information beyond what is required for the session.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platforms integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Vercel — hosting and analytics
  • Supabase — database infrastructure
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI assistant processing
  • Stripe — payment processing (paid tiers)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Telegram — voice message interface for Sellara (voice-to-CRM feature)
  • Salesforce — optional CRM integration for Sellara

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not embed third-party advertising, social media trackers, or commercial tracking technology on our platforms.

Telegram and Sellara: When a Sellara user sends a voice note via Telegram, the audio is transmitted through Telegram's servers to our AI processing pipeline. We transcribe the audio, extract CRM updates, and discard the original recording. Telegram's privacy policy applies to data in transit. See telegram.org/privacy.

8. Data Retention

Free-tier platforms collect no persistent personal data. For paid tiers and account-based platforms:

  • Account data is retained while your subscription is active
  • Upon cancellation, account data is deleted within 90 days unless legally required to retain it
  • Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry

9. Children

Our platforms are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

10. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of personal information we hold about you
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)

11. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information across our platforms. All platforms are served over HTTPS. Database infrastructure uses industry-standard security practices. Payment data is processed by PCI DSS-compliant providers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated effective date at the top of this page. If we materially expand our data collection practices, we will update this policy before doing so.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
